These terms and conditions apply to the use of Shavata.co.uk and by accessing Shavata.co.uk and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. There are also terms and conditions for our in store promotions.


It is the Fab Treatments Ltd policy to give our customers the ultimate in customer service. Please see below our small print which is detailed in order to protect you as a client. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.


Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, Debit or Maestro cards. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.

In the case of an order being despatched outside of the UK, it is your responsibility to pay any taxes and customs charges which may be due.


We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered, to be delivered by your date specified. If you are registered on our mailing list, we will contact you via email about the latest news and promotions. You have the option to unsubscribe, should you wish not to be contacted. In the UK we post our goods through Royal Mail Recorded delivery, (or other suitable carrier for overseas deliveries) to perform the ‘contract’. If goods fail to arrive then we will offer immediate despatch of a replacement parcel – providing the selected goods are available for despatch. UK orders will be sent out within 10 working days and International orders within 14 days.

Unsuitable products may be refunded within 14 days of our despatch date. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel ,and please also state the reason for the return.

Please send all returns to Shavata Brow Studio, 53-55 Uxbridge Road, London, W5 5SA. The product you return must be in new, unused condition with all the original packaging. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

It is advisable to send returned items by registered post/Courier and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. If you receive a product in error from us that is faulty you must advise us within three days from receipt of the goods.

Customers’ statutory rights are unaffected.


You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.

• Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
